Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

This policy explains how Lunar Ivy Studio handles information when you browse lunarivystudio.com, shop with us or contact our studio. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@lunarivystudio.com.

Information we collect

When you check out, we collect your email, name, delivery address, telephone number, chosen items and order details. We also keep payment status, order and shipment references, support correspondence and any photos you send us about a damaged delivery. Please send only information needed to help with your request.

Stripe handles payment details on its secure checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Our server and service providers may keep technical information such as an IP address, browser information and request or error logs for security and operation of the store.

How we use and share information

We use information to calculate shipping and applicable taxes, take payment, fulfill and track orders, send order updates, answer support requests, prevent misuse and maintain business records. We share the details needed for those tasks with payment, fulfillment, delivery, hosting and email service providers. Stripe processes payments and Brevo sends our emails. These providers may process information outside your state or country under their own privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the store and our customers.

We do not sell customer information or use advertising pixels on this storefront. You can read Stripe's privacy policy and Brevo's privacy policy.

Essential cookies and saved bags

We use essential session and security cookies to operate the bag, checkout and forms. A separate opaque cookie can remember your bag in the same browser for up to 30 days. The saved bag contains item selections, not your saved shipping address. Saved bags expire after 30 days of inactivity and their contents are periodically cleared. Clearing cookies, using another browser or blocking essential cookies can prevent a bag from being restored.

Your email choices

Order confirmations, tracking and other messages about a purchase are separate from marketing preferences. Newsletter signup requires its own confirmation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in its emails or contact us for help.

Checkout reminders are a separate, optional choice when available. If you choose them, we may email you about an unfinished checkout while it is eligible for reminders for up to seven days. This does not subscribe you to our newsletter. You can stop reminders with the opt-out link in a reminder or by contacting us. After the eligibility window, the cart's reminder contact details are cleared during periodic cleanup. Separate reminder delivery history, including an encrypted recipient address, may be retained for up to 90 days to troubleshoot delivery and prevent duplicates. Paid-order records are kept separately. Email services may record delivery, open and link-click information to operate and troubleshoot messages.

Retention, security and your requests

We retain order, payment, support and related records as needed to fulfill purchases, handle disputes, meet tax and accounting obligations and protect the store. Newsletter preferences and unsubscribe records may be retained to honor your choices and prevent repeated welcome-code use. Logs and backups can retain information separately until their normal retention periods end.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and other safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Contact support@lunarivystudio.com to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting information we hold. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be retained for legal obligations or an existing order. Rights and available exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.

Changes to this policy

We will post policy changes here with an updated effective date. Please review this page when you shop or share information with us.
