These terms apply to purchases from Lunar Ivy Studio at lunarivystudio.com. Please review them, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Damaged Deliveries policy before placing an order. Contact our studio at support@lunarivystudio.com with questions.

Choosing your items

Please check the product details, size guide, color, quantity and delivery address before paying. Product photos are provided to help you choose; color can vary between screens. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for a change of mind, sizing choice or color preference. Our voluntary replacement policy covers products damaged in shipping, as explained below.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges, applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before payment. Discounts apply only as described with the offer. Items in a bag are not reserved and prices or availability can change before an order is placed.

Payments are processed through Stripe. A payment confirmation records your order; fulfillment and shipping updates follow separately. If an availability or pricing problem prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you to resolve it and provide any remedy required by law.

Delivery and order changes

Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown during checkout. See Shipping & care for more information. Delivery estimates, when supplied, are estimates. If a shipping delay requires your consent or a cancellation and refund option under applicable law, we will provide it.

For an address correction, cancellation request or another order question, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order is being prepared or has shipped. We will confirm whether your request can be completed; sending a request by itself does not change an order.

Damaged deliveries

We do not accept routine returns or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged in shipping, email support@lunarivystudio.com with your order number, a description and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review a replacement. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. Please do not send an item back without instructions. See our full damaged-delivery policy.

Using the website

Please use accurate information and do not misuse the checkout, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the store. Our designs, photographs and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including remedies for goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not delivered. Our voluntary replacement policy does not replace those rights.

We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a new effective date here. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order.
